What is ECA Professional Year?

ECA PY is run by ECA, part of the ECA Group (www.eca.edu.au) a diverse multi-national educational group that supports students throughout their academic journey, through English language courses, undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, across the broad spectrum of disciplines.

ECA PY was one of the first PY providers and today stands as one of the leading and most innovative of PY providers. The ECA PY program is designed to provide the support you need to accelerate your chance of success. We offer a range of FREE add-ons including the Employability Advantage tool and the GetMee communications app. Apart from harnessing the power of the PY Program, you will have access to paid industry opportunities through our Job Placement Team to give your career the kick-start you deserve.

How to Apply?

Apply online on our website at the APPLY NOW or APPLY ONLINE tabs. Choose your location, intake date and fill in your personal information.

Attach and upload all the required documents in the online application form: Passport, Completion letter & Academic transcripts (certified), proof of English language proficiency, Visa Grant Letter.

Choose how to pay, check box for upfront payment or 8 monthly instalments. CLICK SUBMIT.

Wait for an email from our admissions team with the Letter of Offer.

Pay or set up your instalments pan at the given link. Sign the Letter of Offer terms & conditions and return to Admissions on [email protected].

Wait for your Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) you will receive by email instructions for your Orientation and class program.
