Professional Development Faculty operates as ECA’s specialist division to offer internships and graduate employment support services to our graduates and international students across NSW and Victoria. With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, we are committed to developing professional workplace skills of our students to empower them for their future careers in Australia.
Professional Development Faculty of ECA is dedicated in providing expert work skills solutions and recruitment advice to their students. Having already established a successful Internship Program placement initiative, as a value-add bolt-on service, ECA has also effectively introduced an in-house recruitment service for all of our students across our ELSIS, ZBA, PYP and Victoria University (Sydney campus) disciplines.
Our purpose is to exclusively focus on providing our students a competitive edge in the Australian workforce and to further develop their professional and commercial skills. We are experts with relevant industry experience and understand what each role demands and what companies look for from future their employees.
In addition we have numerous memberships with professional industry management organisations (including, ACS, CPA, ICAA and NIA) and have constant up-to-date network of market knowledge to be shared amongst our associates.

Professional Year Program
ECA’s Professional Year Program is an initiative of the Department of Immigration and Citizenship and Australian professional bodies (ACS, ICAA, CPA and NIA) and delivers IT and Accounting to those students who are looking to build on their chosen studies.The program participants have the opportunity to get a greater insight into what it is actually like to work in the Australian workplace and gain practical work skills through industry placement internship programs.
